Julie Zuckerberg: A Seasoned Lead Recruiter with a Knack for Identifying Talent

Julie Zuckerberg is the Talent Acquisition Lead Executive at Deutsche Bank. Her daily responsibilities include supporting various Deutsche Bank businesses including Private Wealth & Commercial Clients, Asset Management, and Global Technology & Operations.


Before joining Deutsche Bank, Ms. Zuckerberg worked at Hudson as the Director of Candidate Placement. She recruited qualified attorneys, case managers, paralegals and additional support staff for corporate clients and law firms. Julie Zuckerberg was a vital advisor to her Hudson employees on issues concerning benefits, nurturing positive work conditions, and identifying opportunities for promotions. After 5 years of work at Hudson, she joined Citi in 2007, taking the role of Vice President and Executive Recruiter. She was in charge of recruiting Directors and Managing Directors for, among other businesses, Global Consumer Marketing and the Citi Internet Office. She advised senior leadership on current recruitment strategies, compensation trends and talent identification. She was also instrumental in identifying and securing the right candidates to fill crucial roles in a very competitive market.


Julie Zuckerberg worked at Citi for 6 years and two months before leaving the firm in 2013 to join the New York Life Insurance Company. She took the role of Corporate Vice President and Recruiting Lead. She was in charge of both internal and external recruitment process—identifying the right businesses to outsource a project to and appointing project managers to help push company initiatives forward. She provided full life-cycle recruiting to the firm and was in charge of talent strategy planning.


With significant experience in recruitment strategies and talent identification processes, Julie Zuckerberg was a welcomed addition to Deutsche Bank in April 2014. She took the positions of Vice President, Executive Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Lead. She has partnered with business leaders, hiring managers and Managing Directors to fill crucial positions in Regional Management, Investor Relations, Audit, Finance, Global Technology and Operations. She also consults with hiring managers to make assessments and determine the right sourcing strategies including internal mobility as well as sourcing and networking methods. She provides direct coaching services to recruiters, recruitment coordinators and sourcers.

Julie Zuckerberg currently holds the position of Executive Talent Acquisition Lead. She regularly works with managers within Private Wealth and Commercial Clients who look after high net worth individuals.
